Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation and Processing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that our fulfillment team has received it. Please allow 2 to 3 business days from the order date for processing and verification. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive another email with your tracking information. Typically, delivery takes 10-14 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned to sender.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed Monday through Thursday after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday through Sunday will be processed starting on the next Monday. For any national weather delays or holidays, please allow an additional business day for processing.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
Currently, we do not accept returns for refunds. We do accept returns for store credit. If you need to initiate a return for a purchase please contact our support team to request an exchange.
Exchange Policy
Merchandise returned without authorization or in damaged condition may be rejected and returned to the customer at our discretion. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for providing their own return label unless the item was sent in error (store error). Once returned, our customer support team will issue a store credit that can be used to place a new order.
Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed and fulfilled. If you believe your order has shipped but you haven't received a confirmation or tracking email, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
